Park Gate itself is a popular residential area which lies between Locks Heath, Warsash and Titchfield. Walks through nature reserves, along the river bank, and along the seafront are all within easy reach and Southampton General Hospital is also nearby.
Our modern care home has been providing quality care and accommodating the elderly for over 25 years. The property is set in landscaped grounds, creating a secluded and peaceful setting, in which to relax. We also offer a wide range of activities to ensure our residents regularly enjoy entertainment and social engagement.

Accommodation at Avon Park is provided in 27 single bedrooms and one double bedroom, all of which have en-suite facilities. All rooms are individually designed, bright, airy and beautifully decorated. All rooms have 24 hour nurse call bell system, individual central heating control, private telephone line and colour TV. Some bedrooms have patio doors and extensive views of the garden or surrounding area. Residents are welcome to bring their own personal effects.
Meals are taken in the spacious dining room that overlooks the front of the property and its beautiful gardens. All meals are freshly cooked and a nutritious and varied menu is offered. Fresh and local produce is used whenever possible.
