Ersham House Nursing Home
Ersham House Nursing Home is a purpose built nursing home and stands in landscaped grounds just on the outskirts of Hailsham. The home offers 40 single rooms, most with en-suite facilities.
Ersham House has been providing nursing care for the elderly for over 20 years and being a registered nursing home means residents can receive full nursing care on a short or long term basis.
24 hour nursing care is person centered and is designed to build on each individuals own strengths and improve their quality of life.
All rooms are decorated to a high standard; but residents are welcome to bring small personal items of furniture, pictures and ornaments.
Residents have the choice of 3 lounges with views of our gardens & landscape.
Specialist equipment, assisted bath and shower rooms are all available throughout the home.
Meals are an important part of life at Ersham House Nursing Home with a wide variety of choices for every meal.
Special dietary requirements can also be catered for and our catering manager would be pleased to discuss these. Residents may dine in the dining room or their own rooms.
Family and friends are welcome to join residents for meals at a nominal charge.
The garden with seating area & water feature is an ideal place to enjoy afternoon tea or to take part in the activities and events during the summer months.
We offer a multi activities programme which residents are free to choose from.
All our staff are qualified and trained to give a high standard of personal care to our residents.
Our in-house training programmes are also designed to support and further enhance the staff’s skill set and qualifications.
