Inwood House

Inwood House is a family owned residential care home in Horbury, West Yorkshire, just 3 miles from the popular city of Wakefield.

Inwood House is home to 55 residents, who receive support and care from our fifty experienced staff. Our scenic gardens and peaceful location provide our residents with a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere.

Having owned Inwood House since 1983, we continually strive to provide and outstanding level of care to our residents. As a result, we are proud to have achieved the internationally acclaimed BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality standard, as well as be recognised to have an excellent 5 star food hygiene rating and received a “Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission.

We have built up an enviable reputation over 35 years for providing quality care for the elderly, elderly who may have dementia and elderly who may have other physical disabilities

We provide a total range of care in collaboration with appropriate agencies to meet the overall personal healthcare needs and preferences of our clients.
